CAHQI Frontline Excellence: Strengthening Documentation, Safety & Communication

This full-day Texas Hospital Association program gives frontline healthcare staff practical strategies for clearer documentation, patient safety, infection prevention, and quality improvement. It is designed for nursing staff, patient-care teams, clinical support staff, unit-based frontline leaders, and others involved in direct care.

The activity is planned for 6.25 nursing contact hours, with continuing-education approval pending. Critical Access Hospital designees may attend at no cost through the MBQIP Flex Grant; the published non-CAH rate is $30. The organizer has confirmed San Antonio but has not announced the venue.
