12th Annual Health Care Institute Conference — Times TBD

This interdisciplinary conference focuses on recognizing the health and social needs of populations that are less seen and less heard, then translating awareness into practical action. Healthcare professionals, educators, students and community partners will connect around care access, community resources, innovation and continuing education.

Audience: Nurses, social workers, licensed professional counselors, psychologists, educators, students and community health partners

Registration pricing: Early through January 15, 2027: professionals $425; undergraduate students $50; graduate students $100. Regular: $475/$100/$150; late/on-site: $525/$150/$200. Student status verification required.

April 15–16, 2027 at Hilton Palacio del Rio, San Antonio. Daily agenda and times are TBA. Noon on the opening and closing dates is a calendar placeholder, not a confirmed session time; confirm the agenda with the organizer. This is an in-person conference despite the enrollment system’s generic “Self-paced” template label. Up to 11 contact hours are advertised for nurses, social workers, licensed professional counselors and psychologists; physician CME has not been confirmed. Organized by the UT San Antonio School of Nursing Department of Lifelong Learning (UT Health San Antonio). Student pricing requires proof of current enrollment.
