An interactive wellness workshop with guided reflection, identifying what is holding you back, meaningful discussion, positive intentions, and collective pumpkin smashing. Led by Roylinda Guerra, M.S., LPC-A, supervised by Amanda Chavez, LPC-S.
$45 per participant includes one pumpkin and safety goggles. Bring your own bat; the registration form permits an extra pumpkin from home. Each participant must register individually; parents or legal guardians must register teens. The office will contact participants regarding payment and send a separate participation waiver. A signed waiver is required.
