January 7–8, 2027. Both dated agendas list 9:00 AM–2:30 PM CST sessions, with 8:30 AM registration. The general course metadata instead list a January 8 finish of 2:45 PM. The displayed 2:30 PM finish follows the agenda; confirm final timing with Houston Methodist. In-person and virtual fees depend on role and physician affiliation; do not interpret the headline $315 as every attendee’s fee. Organizer login/account is required and virtual access is provided to registered learners. February 8 course expiry is not an attendance-registration deadline. Cover: Houston Methodist organizer branding.
