I’m the founder of KinCurrent™ by AMENDED Systems, a communication and accountability system designed to strengthen how care communities stay connected with families, professionals, and internal teams. My work focuses on the operational gaps that happen when important communication depends on phone calls, memory, scattered messages, or one person holding everything together. I enjoy conversations about Personal Care Homes, assisted living, care coordination, family communication, referral readiness, healthcare operations, and building practical systems that make communication easier to follow and accountability clearer. I’m also interested in connecting with operators and healthcare professionals to better understand how communication currently moves through their organizations and where it tends to break down.
